Our Coaches

Kevin Clift

Head Coach

Kevin was born and raised in Texas, and grew up playing various sports such as football, soccer and even rugby at young age. At Allen High School Kevin was a two sport athlete, playing both Football and Rugby. But his passion was for rugby and so Kevin played in college before coming back home to still currently play for the Dallas Harlequins. Kevin’s passion for the game and his enthusiasm for this team is what makes him a great coach, and we look forward to many more years with him.

Jon Lucas

Assistant Coach

Texas born and raised, he grew up playing just about every sport all the way through high school… Until he found rugby. he joined during football off-season his Junior year and hasn’t looked back since. In the 10+ years that he’s played he has been lucky enough to play in South Korea, all around the United States and even got to play against the Jamaican national team (they won).
After his 2 years of play for Allen, he went on to play at the University of Oklahoma all 4 years, acting as the captain and president for 2.
Jon currently plays for the Dallas Harlequins
